Schedule of Professional Fees

Service Fees

• $60 – Online cruise check-in per booking

• $60 – Domestic cruise per person

• $250 - Frequent Flyer booking

• $75 – Domestic/Trans-Tasman airfare per person

• $150 – Domestic/Trans-Tasman business class airfare per person

• $175 – International airfare economy class per person

• $250 – International airfare premium economy class per person

• $350 – International business class airfare per person

• $200 – Domestic/Trans-Tasman package or cruise per booking

• $200 – International package or cruise per booking

• $75 – Rail fare or pass per person

• $250 – Late booking fee per booking

• $55 – Courier or postage fee (per set of documents)

• $150-$300 – Itinerary planning per booking

Reservation Deposit
For all bookings a payment of a deposit of 25%, or as outlined on your costing, at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your booking is due by ninety (90) days prior to departure unless otherwise stated

Amendment Fees
Changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $60 per passenger per booking plus Provider & third-party fees. Changes to International bookings will incur a fee of $110 per passenger per booking in addition to Provider and third-party fees.

Cancellation Fees      
Cancellation to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $250 per booking in addition to Provider and third-party fees. Cancellations to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $500 per booking in addition to Provider and third-party fees. Cancellation for domestic/Trans-Tasman airfares incur a fee of $75 per airfare. International airfares incur a fee of $175 for economy, $250 for premium economy class airfares and $350 for business class. 

Travel Insurance Claim Fee
If you require us to provide documentation for you to submit a Travel Insurance Claim this will incur fee of $300-$500 depending on the complexity of the claim.
